What you will be doing: Lead and manage the Corporate Banking business portfolio within the Wholesale Banking Group. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business KPIs through effective management of existing client relationships and selective acquisition of new clients. Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the Bank's overall objectives and growth plans. Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and maximize wallet share through cross-selling of the Bank's full suite of products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders. Ensure sound credit underwriting practices and adherence to approved credit terms and conditions. Monitor portfolio quality and proactively manage risk exposures, promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible banking practices. Build a high-performing and collaborative team culture focused on client excellence and business results.   What we are looking for: Minimum 18 years of corporate banking experience, with significant leadership and people management responsibilities. Strong track record in corporate lending, relationship management, and business development. Extensive experience in credit assessment, portfolio management, and risk governance. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability. Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Strong credit analysis and structuring expertise.
