Main Responsibilities Process inward and outward clearing transactions, including clearing returns. Handle cheque clearing, CCASS, FINI, direct debit and direct credit activities. Perform verification, validation, data entry and reconciliation of clearing items. Generate and submit clearing data, image and return files to HKICL. Ensure timely completion of tasks within HKICL/HKSCC cut-off times. Liaise with internal departments and branches on clearing enquiries. Maintain documentation for audit and compliance requirements. Support UAT, operational readiness, procedure review and post-implementation activities. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, proactive and responsible attitude with problem-solving mindset Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines Capable of working under pressure Academic Qualifications Form 6 (HKDSE pass) or above. Working Experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or finance industry. Technical / PC Skills Proficient in general PC applications.
