Job Description The Senior Client Advisor, Private Banking at UOB Hong Kong is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, providing comprehensive financial advice, and delivering exceptional client service to achieve business targets and deepen client relationships. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, identifying their financial needs and objectives. * Provide holistic financial solutions encompassing investment products, wealth management, estate planning, and other private banking services. * Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and risk appetite, offering tailored advice and solutions. * Monitor client portfolios, providing regular performance reviews and recommending adjustments as needed. * Identify new business opportunities through client referrals, networking, and market intelligence. * Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions to clients. * Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. * Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and product innovations to provide informed advice. * Prepare and present financial proposals and recommendations to clients. * Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and mutual understanding. Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar client-facing role with high-net-worth individuals. * Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing a significant client portfolio. * Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., SFC Type 1, 4, 9 licenses) are mandatory. * Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage. * A client-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. * Holder of ECF on Private Wealth Management (PWM) accredited by Private Wealth Important Notice – HKMA Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme This role falls under the Mandatory Reference Checking (MRC) Scheme introduced by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), effective from 30 September 2025.
