Business Function Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of operations professionals responsible for the execution and settlement of equity trades across multiple markets Ensure timely and accurate processing of all trade-related activities, including trade confirmation, settlement, and corporate actions Develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures to optimize team performance and client satisfaction Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional development Collaborate with other teams, such as trading, compliance, and risk management, to ensure seamless operations Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in the financial services industry Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Strong understanding of equity trading and settlement processes, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in using relevant technology and systems to support operations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
