Key Areas of Responsibilities New Product Design and Market Exploration: Develop and design innovative products tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market efficiently and effectively. Client Coverage: Work closely with the sales team to cover key clients in the region and globally. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Project Leadership: Lead complex, solution-based projects across the region, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and resources. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Business Development: Identify and originate new clients and business opportunities for the team. Requirements Master's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering or related fields. Experience working within an investment bank. Strong quantitative background and good programming skills. Team player, good personality and motivation. Good interpersonal and communications skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua preferred). Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate.
