Job description

Position Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Equities Derivatives Sales professional to join our   sales   team.   The role will focus on supporting senior sales staff in servicing clients, developing relationships, and promoting our equities derivatives products across institutional and hedge fund clients.   This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in financial markets, with a focus on listed and OTC equity derivatives.   Key Areas of Responsibilities Assist   senior sales in daily client coverage, including responding to pricing requests, trade ideas, and product inquiries.   Coordinate with trading desks to provide   timely ,   accurate   pricing across options, futures, structured products, and swaps.   Develop understanding of client investment   objectives   and trading styles to   identify   cross-selling opportunities.   Monitor market news, trends, and client positions to   anticipate   needs and highlight relevant trade opportunities.   Prepare presentations, pitchbooks, and product materials for meetings and calls.   Maintain and update client contact records, sales pipelines, and revenue tracking tools.   Ensure   timely   follow-up on client requests and transactions, in coordination with middle office, operations, and compliance teams.   Support capital introduction initiatives and client engagement activities, where relevant.   Requirements A master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is typically   required .   3-5 years of relevant experience Prior experience in client services, prime services, investment banking, or a related area is preferred.   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships.   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.   Problem-solving skills with the ability to   analyze   and resolve client issues efficiently.   Proficiency   in programming and Microsoft Office suite.   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team.   Stay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities Not the right fit?
