Associate Director, Product Development, Asset Management

Position Description This is a permanent position in CITIC Securities Asset Management (HK) Limited's Product Development team responsible for product development and portfolio structuring projects across all CITIC Securities Asset Management (HK) Limited’s investment sectors. This position is located in Hong Kong.    Key Areas of Responsibilities Senior member of the AM Product Development team, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of asset management products with a strong focus on Hong Kong authorized public funds (including SFC authorization process, fund documentation, and ongoing compliance). Lead the full cycle of Hong Kong authorized fund establishment, from initial feasibility study, regulatory filing, to launch and post-launch management. Conduct in-depth competitive fund analysis and peer comparison to identify market trends, product gaps, and differentiation opportunities. Play an important role in new product market research, client needs analysis, and competitive product studies to formulate differentiated product strategies; to cooperate with investment team, sales for the new strategy/product generation and development. Tokenization skill is a strong advantage. Requirements 6-10 years working experience in an asset management environment, knowledge and experience of fund set-up is required Excellent analytical and research skills and evidence of a solutions and project management mind-set Post-graduate Education with first class finance academics is an advantage Knowledge of investing in Asia Pacific markets, especially cross-border investment access to PRC markets, would be beneficial Strong command of written English / Chinese and spoken Mandarin and English Stay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities Not the right fit?
