Senior Associate / Associate Director, Debt Capital Markets, Investment Banking

Position Description This position will provide full support on originating, structuring and executing all transactions for the relevant products in DCM. Key Areas of Responsibilities Prepare all internal and external documents e.g. sales memos, agreements, syndicate briefing docs, roadshow materials, power point presentations, internal proposals etc. Assist in the execution of DCM transactions and other fundraising exercises. Provide advice on corporate finance transactions, which include origination, IPO, M&A, issuing and underwriting equity securities and other varies types of transactions. Conduct due diligence work on the listing applicants. Coordinate with professional parties, including clients, legal advisers, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process. Provide support on research, financial analyses, modeling and evaluation activities relating to completion and execution of corporate finance transactions. Prepare pitch books, presentations, and business proposals for clients and prospective mandates. Monitor market developments, regulatory updates, and industry news, and provide timely insights to support business activities and client recommendations. Perform financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and evaluation to support transaction execution and decision-making. Provide support in transaction origination and advisory work by conducting research, market analysis, and industry benchmarking. Requirements Degree holder in Finance or related discipline(s). Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment banking and financial industry. Working experience in Rating Agencies (S&P, Moody's and Fitch would be a must. Attained all necessary regulatory criteria for carrying out investment activities. Have an in-depth knowledge in PRC market and culture. Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills. Good PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
