Senior Finance Manager – FICC & EQD, Finance

Key Areas of Responsibilities Responsible for daily financial accounting & book keeping of related legal entities. Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting of licenced corporations Prepare various reconciliation reports between external and internal parties Prepare client money segregation & desegregation Participate in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct year-end audit & regulatory assignment Complete regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to different stakeholder Participate in financial statements and year-end tax filing Process improvements and strengthen internal control Requirements Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields. Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in financial service or financial reporting Have technical / product knowledge on Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income CPA or equivalent qualification Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong sense of ownership Team player, good personality and motivation.
