About the Role This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly. - To lead BA team in supporting bank partner to achieve joint business target - To maximize the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives - To build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key decision - To develop, implement and administer sales and distribution programmes for the bancassurance channel Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the Channel head to implement business plans and initiatives in accordance to sales KPIs  Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with assigned Bank partners to drive the new initiatives   Identify the needs and demands of individual partners to drive the sales  Provide all levels of support to partners to capture the business opportunities  Facilitate partners and TRs for delivery of quality, compliant and consistence business  Contribute new ideas and provide feedback from partners to ensure AIA competitive proposition  Handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard   Provide on-going training bank’s frontline staff, including product, sales technique, prospecting, objection handling and sales operation and process, etc  Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff and various KPIs for designated segments/district  Oversee sales momentum and provide various strategies to accelerate sales or mitigate shortfall under forecast  Collaborate with internal parties to implement the initiatives incorporated with company’s directions  Monitor the sales momentum on sales staff and branch level. Provide targeted coaching to uplift sales productivity  Execute compliance duties with regulatory and our company’s Code of Conduct, Complaints Handling Procedures, Customer Privacy Policy and PRC Guidelines  Leadership skill to master team day to day activities and agreed actions. Build up strong team spirit by role modelling, having regular dialogues to coach and engage teammates  Support ad hoc projects as assigned by the direct manager  Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements  Minimum Job Requirements: University graduate with at least 12 years’ insurance sales experience, and preferably with Insurance company managing Bancassurance channel  Relevant experience on coaching and training bank’s sales staff on insurance is highly preferred  With Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license and other professional certification is highly preferred   Good spoken English and Chinese   Good communication and inter-personal skills  Self-motivated and able to work under pressure  Obtain relevant license if job involves in regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
