About the Role The eLearning Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality digital learning solutions that support business goals and enhance learner engagement. This role oversees the end-to-end eLearning development process, ensuring that all learning materials are pedagogically sound, technically robust, and aligned with organizational standards. The eLearning Manager will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable learning programs. In addition, the role is responsible for coaching and developing team members, building departmental capabilities, and upskilling teammates in eLearning design and development best practices. The role also drives continuous improvement by leveraging innovation, data insights, and emerging technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and business impact. This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly. Roles and Responsibilities: eLearning Strategy & Planning (15% ) Execute and deliver quality and effective training to different target participants that are aligned with Company’s KPI, included but not limited to classroom/virtual training, and eLearning production Instructional Design & Content Oversight (40%) Oversee design and development of eLearning modules; ensure instructional quality, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives Manage end-to-end development timeline; coordinate with SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure timely delivery Team Leadership, Coaching & Capability Building (15%) Coach and mentor team members; upskill teammates in instructional design, tools, and best practices; build team capability Quality Assurance & Governance (10% ) Ensure learning solutions meet quality standards, branding, and compliance requirements; review and approve deliverables Learning Technology & Innovation (10% ) Evaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., authoring tools, LMS enhancements, AI); drive innovation Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement (5% ) Monitor learning effectiveness (analytics, feedback); optimize programs for better engagement and outcomes Vendor & Resource Management (5%) Manage external vendors and resources where applicable; ensure cost-effectiveness and quality  Minimum Job Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training or a related field Experience Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in eLearning design and development Proven experience in managing end-to-end eLearning projects and leading teams Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts Technical Skills Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms Understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) Knowledge of multimedia development and emerging learning technologies (e.g., AI in learning) Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Demonstrates effective team collaboration and provides guidance to team members when needed Supports coaching and development of teammates to build eLearning design and development capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Project & Business Skills Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to align learning solutions with business objectives Analytical mindset to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Other Attributes Detail-oriented with high quality standards Innovative and proactive in adopting new learning approaches Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Others: The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
