Job Description Assist to produce performance management report of the marketing teams Provide administrative support to Commercial Banking department Coordinate the business operations of CMB with other counterparties within Hong Kong Branch and the Group Provide customer service to customers Assist customers’ onboarding procedures, including but not limiting to KYC review, account opening documentations, offer letter and related legal documents preparation, etc. Assist to obtain the required market data for business planning Job Requirements Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin. or relevant concentrations At least 5 years banking experience. Experience in customer service/Middle Office/business support is preferable Good understanding in Banking operations and policies Able to communicate with different internal counterparties in relation to CMB daily operations Strong interpersonal and computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint Customer-oriented and a team player Proficient in English & Mandarin Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
