What you will be doing: Execute the bank directive in investment business Support Branch Manager on exploring investment strategy from branch portfolio Joint call with licensed investment sales staff to facilitate the investment business Coach for licensed investment sales staff in investment business Host workshop/clinic for uplift sales skills of individual sales staff Enhance the knowhow of sales on AML, compliance and regulatory related items Collaborate with stakeholders to support the ongoing investment sales activity and product launch What we are looking for: ​University degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations Preferably with CRWP, CFA or CFP qualifications 8-10 years banking experience in frontline investment business   sales/coaching Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua Possess qualifications of ECF-RWM would be an advantage #LI-GT1 What we offer: Competitive base salary.
