Business Function Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibility  Personal Assistant Support to Head of Technology: - Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. - Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance. - Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Assist with personal administrative tasks as required to ensure the Head of Technology's efficiency. - Manage expense reports and procurement processes. Tech Staff Onboarding & Workforce Management: - Hiring Renewal and Replacement: Govern and support the end-to-end process for hiring, renewal, and replacement of the contingent workforce. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new contingent staff. - Monitor and track contingent workforce contracts and ensure timely renewals or replacements. - Facilitate communication and coordination between all parties involved in the contingent staff lifecycle. Tech Staff Profile Maintenance: - Execute all updates of application technology workforce profile changes within various systems platforms. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data related to contingent staff profiles. - Manage related tasks concerning vendor billing and invoice processing for contingent staff. - Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support, performance management, or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
