Associate, Product Development, Asset Management

Position Description This is a permanent position in CITIC Securities Asset Management (HK) Limited's Product Development team responsible for authorized fund/ private fund set up. This position will be located in Hong Kong.    Key Areas of Responsibilities •    Junior member of the AM Product Development team, supporting existing team members in development of public and private funds.  •    Candidates with experience in tokenization and ETFs will be given preference. •    Platform development and project management •    Product and transaction documentation and execution  •    Business risk management •    Delivering operational and execution excellence •    Working with sales teams to identify high potential projects, prioritizing workflow and setting product pipeline •    Meeting clients in junior product specialist capacity to explain products and portfolio objective Requirements •    3-5 years experience in product development & management in an asset management firm. •    Excellent analytical and research skills and evidence of a solutions mind-set •    Able to demonstrate energy, work ethic and suitability to drive results •    Post-graduate education with first class finance academics •    Knowledge of investing in Asia Pacific markets, especially cross-border investment access to PRC markets is a strong advantage •    Fluent Mandarin and English language skills mandatory •    Post-graduate education with first class finance academics •    Knowledge of investing in Asia Pacific markets, especially cross-border investment access to PRC markets is a strong advantage •    Fluent Mandarin and English language skills mandatory Stay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities Not the right fit?
