Key Areas of Responsibilities Closely monitor on pantry inventory & replenish stock regularly. Ensure all equipment & utensils are clean and function well. In-house luncheon set up – communicate well with the organizer for table setting / refreshment requirement. Maintain a positive, polite, and friendly attitude while interacting with colleagues and clients. Prompt response & provide professional service to internal / external parties. Fulfil reasonable request from colleague, maintain good time management & be flexible. Maintain a clean, safe & well-equipped pantry at all times. Minimize waste by avoiding unnecessary use of disposable items. Keep the meeting rooms neat and tidy after use. Maintain effective communication with team members & co-workers to create better relationships. The working hours may vary including both day and night shifts. Requirements Team player, good personality and motivation. Good interpersonal and communications skills. Good organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and independent. Ability to handle pressure. Flexible, responsible, and conscientious.
