Finance Manager - Institutional Equities and Investment Banking, Finance

Key Areas of Responsibilities Responsible for month-end closing, daily financial accounting & bookkeeping of related legal entities Review daily and monthly FRR reporting of SFC licensed corporations Prepare various reconciliation reports and month end financial reports Provide coaching to the team and review work performed by junior team members Review client money segregation & desegregation Assist in preparation of financial statements and year-end tax filing Assist in year-end audit & regulatory assignments Engage in ad-hoc projects as required Requirements Holder of bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong sense of ownership Team player, good personality and motivation Good interpersonal and communications skills Proficient in MS Office, experience in SAP is an advantage Stay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities Not the right fit?
