About the Role Motivate agents sell CS business, including EB and IVS, to meet and exceed sales targets Responsibilities: Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS business Work closely with IVS team to convert EB business to IVS Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met Provide coaching and training to support staff Perform any other duties and projects as assigned Requirements: University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience in group insurance of which 5 years in supervisory/managerial positions Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed Good product knowledge Good communication skills Able to manage a project/event independently Good command of English and Chinese Fluent in Putonghua Tactful interpersonal relationship Good presentation and team building skills Self-motivated and customer orientated Candidate with less experience will be considered as Consultant Others: You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities.
