Job Description
Develop and implement integrated marketing communications programmes aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
Lead social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution and performance optimisation to strengthen client engagement and digital presence.
Manage marketing content across digital, social media, website, events and client engagement channels.
Lead business-aligned client engagement programmes, events and marketing initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, support business development and enhance stakeholder connectivity.
Lead customer insights, market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy, identify emerging opportunities and translate customer needs into actionable business recommendations.
Develop performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, ROI and contribution to business objectives.
Drive marketing and engagement support for business connectivity initiatives, including Foreign Direct Investment-related programmes, strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement activities.
Integrate sustainability, education, children and art-related themes into marketing communications and customer engagement programmes to reinforce the Bank’s responsible business agenda and strengthen stakeholder relevance.
Drive internal engagement programmes that reinforce UOB values, corporate culture and strategic priorities, fostering stronger employee alignment, advocacy and connection to the Bank’s purpose.
Manage marketing budgets, project timelines and agency/vendor relationships to ensure effective delivery and ROI.
Ensure compliance with marketing governance requirements, regulatory standards and internal policies.
Partner closely with business units, product teams and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing priorities are aligned with strategic business objectives and delivered with measurable impact.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Market Research or related disciplines.
At least 8 years of experience in marketing communications, social media, customer engagement, customer insights or related fields, preferably within banking, financial services or multinational organisations.
Proven experience in integrated marketing campaigns, social media management, event management and stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of customer analytics, market research and performance measurement.
Experience supporting business development, partnerships or ecosystem-building initiatives is an advantage.
Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded, results-oriented and able to translate insights into actionable business outcomes.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
