Responsibilities Develop and execute effective telemarketing strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition for the Consumer Banking Group Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, providing information about the bank's products and services, and identifying their financial needs Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful customer onboarding Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to reach new customer segments Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
